LoSo Walk offers spacious 2 & 3-bedroom townhomes for rent in Charlotte, NC. Each home features washers & dryers and single-car garages for added convenience, along with thoughtfully designed interiors that include granite countertops, large closets and stainless steel appliances.

LoSo Walk offers self-guided tours daily, as the community is managed remotely. Check out our “Tour Your Way” feature at the top of our website to explore all available options!

To apply for a home, select your desired floor plan on our property website under the Floor Plans page and complete your application online. Once the application and required fees are submitted, the home will be taken off the market, and our team will keep you updated throughout the process, including next steps such as submitting proof of income and verifying your move-in date.

Yes. Renter’s insurance is required with a minimum of $300,000 in liability coverage.

Our community does not participate in these programs at this time.

Utility information is provided at the time of approval, and residents are required to set up select utilities directly with the provider.

Rent is due on the 1st and can be paid via Bilt on your resident portal. We offer flexible payments through programs like Flex.

LoSo Walk is a deposit-free community. If a refund is due, it will be issued within 30 days after move-out to the forwarding address provided.

Each townhome includes a one-car garage. Select homes also have driveway parking, and additional parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for residents.

Guest parking is not available, but street parking and paid parking options are located nearby.

We allow a maximum of two pets per home, with breed restrictions in place for Pit Bull–type breeds (including American Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, and Staffordshire Bull Terriers), as well as Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Chow Chows, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies.

The community features a fenced dog park and multiple pet waste stations for convenience.

Nearby destinations include local breweries like Olde Mecklenburg Brewery and Sugar Creek Brewing Company, as well as a variety of restaurants and nightlife options along South Boulevard. Lease renewals can be completed by selecting the renewal offer in the resident portal. The lease will then be generated and uploaded for electronic signature.

A 60-day notice is required prior to the lease end. If this requirement is not met, the lease will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.

A 60-day notice must be given prior to move-out. A pre-move-out inspection will be scheduled, and residents must return their keys and notify the office once they have vacated. A final inspection will be completed, and the final account statement will be provided within 7–10 business days.

No. Subleasing is not allowed.

A 60-day written notice is required. A buyout fee equal to two months’ rent applies, and any rent concessions will be billed back if applicable.
